Kimberly Thacker

Originally from Christiansburg, I began my real estate career in Nashville in 2004 where I was an integral part of a team that was credited for spearheading a downtown residential movement. During that time, I was responsible for curating sales efforts, managing contracts, selecting finishes and/or managing construction upgrades for several luxury high-rise condominium projects. Starting as a Sales Associate, I quickly moved to Contract Manager and then on to Sales Director for renowned real estate developer, Tony Giarratana. I have since had two children and decided to relocate “home” to Christiansburg in 2017.

I'm now the Team Leader and Owner of THACKER REAL ESTATE GROUP and applying my seasoned real estate experience in the New River Valley. I am resourceful, tenacious, and meticulously detailed. My seamless, accountable and compassionate approach helps clients realize optimal results when buying and selling real estate. Please reach out any time for questions. We know how important it is to properly vet a referral agent. We are an open book and will serve your clients well. My main goal is to help you preserve your good reputation. I know I've worked hard to keep and build my own to my client base.

When I search for a referral agent, reviews are important. I was the 2022 Agent of The Year for Montgomery County and Christiansburg on Rate My Agent. My reviews are located here: https://www.ratemyagent.com/real-estate-agent/kim-thacker-b14pqz/sales/overview
